The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has released comprehensive instructions and guidelines for filling out the online examination forms for Class 10th, Session Annual 2025 (Regular). Here's a simplified breakdown of the process:

Step 1: Notification and Access

Read the official notification from JKBOSE regarding the online form submission. Access the form via the link on the homepage titled "Online Examination Form for Class 10th Session Annual Regular, 2025, Jammu Division."

Step 2: School Login

Forms can only be filled through school accounts. Schools must open the Office Login window and use their provided School ID and Password.

Step 3: Examination Form Access 

Select the "Examination Form" option in the school login.

Step 4: Fill the Form

Enter the correct Registration Number, accessible under the "Reports" section by selecting Class IX and session 2023-25. After entering the Registration Number and clicking "Get Details," the candidate's registered data, including their photograph, will be automatically fetched. Upload the candidate's signature (not more than 50KB) and complete the form fields. Double-check all entries before final submission.

Step 5: Form Submission

Once submitted, the request is forwarded to the "Principal Account" of the respective institution.

Step 6: Fee Payment

The prescribed examination fee must be paid through the "Clerk Account" after the Principal approves the form. Direct payment by students is not allowed.

Note: No Corrections After Fee Payment

Any corrections post-fee payment are not allowed. It's the institution's responsibility to ensure accuracy before making the payment.
