Consequent upon the receipt of indent/requisition from the Public Works (R&B) Department, vide Indent No. PWD-Adm/122/2021-(Comp.No. 118413) dated 06.04.2022, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB), among other posts, advertised 190 posts of Junior Engineer (Mechanical), vide Notification No. 06 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022, under Item No. 202, with the following category-wise breakup:
The JKSSB Conducted the Written Examination for these posts on 01.10.2023 and thereafter, on the basis of merit obtained by the candidates, the Document Verification was conducted. The Final Selection List for these posts of JE, Mechanical was approved by the Board and subsequently notified vide Notification No. JKSSB-Scry/23/2023-03(E-7335996) dated 10.01.2024.
Accordingly, the undersigned is directed to forward herewith the Final Selection List of 190 posts of "Junior Engineer (Mechanical)", Public Works (R&B) Department, UT Cadre, advertised vide Notification No. 06 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022, under Item No. 202, as per Annexure-A to this communication.Among these 190 posts, 02 posts have been kept reserved till further examination and shall be recommended separately in due course of time.
