JK BOTE Polytechnic Registration of 1st Semester Session 2022-23
It is notified for information of all the concerned Principals and the students of Govt/Private Polytechnics of J&K, that the online registration forms of 1st semester students session 2022- 23 shat be avalable on www.jkstudymaterials.com (REGISTRATION PORTAL) https://regnep.jksbotelive.com) with effect from 15" of December, 2022 to 1" of January, 2023
1. The students shall be required to fill up the registration forms online upto 1st of January, 2023 and submit the same with prescribed fee receipt in the concerned Polytechnic by or before 3 of January, 2023.
2.The students can pay fee through online payment methods only (Internet Banking/ Credit/Debit Card)
3.The Polytechnic concerned are requested to submit the registration forms with prescribed fee receipt in the respective divisional offices of J&K, Board of Technical Education by or before 8th of January, 2023, and thereafter no registration form be entertained.
4.Principals are requested to check the name, parentage and other details of students and make necessary correction if any before submitting to avoid correction in certificates
5.No registration form will be entertained directly from the student.
6.The Principals are requested to provide the assistance wherever required to the students for filling online registration form.
7. Principals are requested to strictly submit the duly verified registration forms in accordance with sanctioned intake, as per AICTE norms. No registration form shall be entertained beyond sanctioned intake/AICTE norms
8. The hard copy of registration form should be supported with the following Photostat copies of documents with self-attestation by student and counter attested by the concerned Principal.

- Admission notification (BOITE/MGT/INSTITUTE/PWD)
