Whereas Advertisement For Hiring Of Manpower For The Posts In Respect Of One Stop Centre For Women Srinagar Was Issued Vide Notice No. Dswos/sch/2022/osc/991-96, Dated: 01-09-2022 With 03-09-2022 As Opening Date Of Receipt Of Application Forms And 23-09-2022 As Closing Date Of Receipt Of Application Forms. Thereafter The Notice Was Extended Vide No. Dswos/estt/2022/12003-8, Dated: 22-09-2022 With 01-10-2022 As Closing Date Of Receipt Of Application Forms.
Whereas The District Level Committee Was Constituted For The Scrutinizing Of Forms Of Candidates As Per Eligibility Criteria For The Pots In Respect Of One Stop Centre (osc) For Women Srinagar And Accordingly Meetings Were Conducted For Finalization Of Eligible Candidates And Short List Thereafter.
Whereas, Tentative Shortlist Of Candidates For Interview In Respect Of The Posts Of One Stop Centre Of Above Advertisement Was Issued Vide Communication
No.dcs/ps/20/716-20 Dated 12-12-2022, Wherein, Candidates Were Given Opportunity To Submit Written Representation With Regard To Any Objection/claim.
Whereas, One Representation Has Been Received From One Candidate For The Post Of Case Worker, Which Was Thoroughly Perused/scrutinized By District Level Committee For Shortlisting And Was Found Genuine By The Committee And Accordingly Shortlist Of Said Post Has Been Finalized.
Whereas The Total 29 Shortlisted Candidates For The Posts Of One Stop Centre For Women Srinagar Were Called For The Interview Vide Notice No. Dcs/ps/22/722-25 Dated:15-12-2022.
Whereas, The Interview Was Conducted On 17-12-2022 In Vc Room Dc Office Srinagar And 28 Candidates Appeared For The Interview For The Posts Of One Stop Center For Women.
Whereas, On The Basis Of Performance In Interview/personal Interaction And The Weightage In Academic Merit, The Final Merit List Is Prepared And Consequently Provisional Selection List For The Posts Of One Stop Centre Is Hereby Appended To This Notification As Annexure.
The Provisionally Selected Candidates Shall Have To Join Before District Social Welfare Officer Srinagar (nodal Officer One Stop Centre Srinagar) Within A Period Of Ten Days From The Date Of Publication Of This Notification.
At The Time Reporting Candidates Have To Produce Following Original Documents:
1. Original Degree Certificates/ Marks Cards/dob Certificates And Other Relevant Documents.
2. Original Experience Certificates
3. Id Proof/address Proof.
4. Medical Fitness Certificate
5. Noc From Concerned Quarters (dic & Employment)
6. Character Certificate Issued By Concerned Department
7. Affidavit On Prescribed Format Duly Attested By First Class Judicial Magistrate To The Effect That Candidate Shall Have No Claim/ Right For The Permanent Absorption Or Regularization Under The Scheme In The Department And Is Not Working In Any Government/ Semi- Government Department/
Agency.
The Selection Is Provisional Subject To Following Conditions:
1. The Engagement Is Purely Temporary/ Contractual In Nature Initially For A Period Of One Year Which May Be Extendable Subject To Satisfactory Performance, Continuation Of Scheme And Funding Form The Ministry/ Government.
2. Engagement Being A Temporary/ Contractual Is Terminable If The Performance Is Not Satisfactory Assessed By District Level Committee Headed By District Magistrate/ Deputy Commissioner Srinagar.
3. The Provisional Selection List Issued Is Subject To The Verification Report Regarding Authenticity/ Genuineness Of The Documents From The Issuing Bodies/ Organizations. Any Adverse Report Received Regarding The Documents Produced Based On Which Selection Is Obtained Shall Invite Legal/ Penal Action Under Relevant Rules / Laws And Engagement So Obtained Shall Be Cancelled Ab-intio.
4. The Selection List Is Provisional And Subject To The Outcome Of The Writ Petitions, If Any Pending Before The Court Of Law.
