National Means Cum Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMSS)- inviting applications from

Class-VIII (8) Students

It is notified for the information of the students, who have passed class VII with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST Students) and are currently on rolls in class VIII in the UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh, that 1091 scholarships under the NMMSS are available. The amount of scholarship is RS 12000 per annum and duration of scholarship is 4 Years i.c. (From Class IX to Class XII).

1. Other Eligibility Criteria:

a) The student must be studying in Government /Govt. Aided and Local Body schools only.

b) The overall family income should not exceed Rs 3.50 Lakh per annum.

c) The reservation will be provided to different categories of students as per the reservation policy of J&K and UT of Ladkh.
